What setup do you recommend for the DreamCloud?
Our DreamClouds are very easy to setup on most foundations, bed bases (including slatted or divan) or adjustable frames. We don't recommend using your DreamCloud on the floor.

For slatted bases the distance between slats should not exceed 9cm and should have a minimum slat width of 5cm.

Please note DreamCloud is an extremely plush mattress, so make sure your frame can fit a 25cm - 29cm mattress.

If you set your DreamCloud up properly, you will feel like you are floating on a bed of clouds every night.

Will DreamCloud smell or "off-gas" when opened?

If there is any faint opening smell of fresh foam this will dissipate quickly. The good news is that these smells come from new foams being vacuum packed and not from any chemicals.

Any smell will quickly leave once DreamCloud is opened and breathing.

Can you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Mainland United Kingdom.
How much does shipping cost?
Deliveries are within the UK Mainland. Standard delivery is free and delivered to your door. Premium Delivery is £15 and delivered to the room of your choice. Premium Delivery including removal of your old mattress is £55

Mattress removal is separate to your delivery and is from outside of your property only.
Do you offer financing?

Will you remove my existing mattress?
We are happy to collect and recycle your old mattress for a small fee of £45. You will be able to select this service during the checkout process.
Will DreamCloud help me setup my mattress?
Our Premium 2 Person Delivery Service will deliver your DreamCloud mattress to the Room of your Choice for £15.

The service does not currently include the set up of the mattress.

What do i do with DreamCloud if i need to return DreamCloud?
Although it is very rare for someone to want to return DreamCloud, we will absolutely accommodate returns with our 365-night risk-free sleep trial.

Our DreamCloud Support Team will figure out the most convenient way to remove your DreamCloud if it is not the perfect mattress for you.
Do you allow exchanges?
Yes, traditional exchanges are handled by returning the original mattress through our returns process.

Call, chat, or email our DreamCloud Support Team if there is a problem with your DreamCloud and we’ll work with you to coordinate a return to exchange.

It’s up to you if you’d like to purchase your replacement before receiving the refund for your return.
Do I need to keep any of the packing materials?
You do not need to keep any of the packing materials once you receive your DreamCloud.

If at any point you decide to return your DreamCloud, you do not need to worry about putting it back into its original packaging.

It is normal for your mattress to have impressions as it settles. However, DreamCloud’s Forever Warranty has you covered. If impressions are 4cm or more, we will assess via Emmiera our partners and we will replace DreamCloud if a fault is found.
Can I get a replacement cover?
Our DreamCloud mattresses do not have removable covers. If you do have an issue with your mattress cover, please get in touch with our team and we would be happy to help you.
